Returns & Exchanges
At Studio Valli, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions regarding any of our products prior to purchasing please reach out to us at hello@studiovalli.co
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your order and we will assist with a return or exchange. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- All returns must be shipped back within 7 days (we recommend using a tracked courier). All return costs are that of the customer.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging.
- Items must have been purchased at full price. Sale items and items purchased during a Flash Sale are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and not redeemable for cash.
- All original shipping payments are non-refundable.
Once your return has been assessed and accepted your refund or exchange will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note Studio Valli reserves to right to refuse a return if return requirements above are not met.
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
Studio Valli takes great care with checking all product prior to dispatching any orders, however if you believe you have received a faulty item or your order is damaged during transit please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. A full refund or replacement of the faulty item will be issued.
